Bohemians Win 1999 Mid-Season Classic The Mid-Season Classic was won by the Bohemians as they defeated the 69ers 34-30 to win the top prize of $100. Mid-Season Classic - Final Four The Classic is down to just four teams. These teams are all guaranteed $30 as they shoot for the $100 top prize. The number 1 seeded Trotters continued rolling along as they scorched the Old Fogeys with 74 points. This week they meet the Bohemians who scored 56 points as they beat up on the Dick Tators. Two of the games were very close with the Purple Helmets nipping the Bart-Men by a point and the 69ers squeaking by the Primadonnas by a duce. Mid
Season Classic
Mid-Season Classic single elimination tournament is set. The Trotters, 69ers, and Purple Helmets all went 3-0 during Round Robin play. The Old Fogeys scored 96 points the past two weeks to secure the eighth and final spot in the tournament. Round Robin Schedule/Standings The Mid Season Classic will feature a 3 week round robin play where teams play teams from other conferences. After 3 weeks of play, the top 8 teams will play in a single elimination tournament. The round robin play will begin in week 7. Round robin opponents will be randomly drawn. The teams will be seeded 1-8 for the tournament based on round robin record and the standard standing tie breakers. Teams must notify the commissioner after week 5 if they are interested in playing in the Mid Season Classic. Fee to enter is $10. 1998 Prizes 1st Place
